Welcome to Body Temple, a 2-hour guided workshop container where we practice bringing our awareness to an inner place of stillness. Through this stillness we are able to experience more subtler planes of reality and gain access to profound insights, revelations and wisdom.
Throughout this workshop we learn valuable skills that can be practiced in everyday moments of life, cutting through to deeper realities of experience.
We discuss ancient texts and learn the art of mindfulness through self enquiry.

Colours in Communion, Deep Transpersonal Art Therapy Exploration through Art & Colour, Guidance and Group Contemplation, led by Art Therapist and Group Leader Gaia Sigel.
Join us for the third Colours in Communion workshop - a deeply experimental, explorative and potent 2-hour experience into the self, psyche, expression and other.
This workshop takes participants on a wild journey into the deeper layers of being, revealing and unravelling deeper understandings of the psyche.

Blue Lotus Cacao Ceremony & Ecstatic Dance Movement Set!
Just as you would imagine, we finish off the Full Day experience with group ceremony and the powerful healing properties of the Blue Lotus and Cacao plants.
We move, express, and release freely on a safe, secure and wicked dance floor.

The full day will be held at Pillar of Light on Grange Road. If you are attending for the full day, please bring your own lunch.
Wear comfy and warm clothes, BYO blankets and pillows. We will have heating in the building but don’t be afraid to get comfy for the day.
Snacks, tea, coffee and beverages are supplied.
