A monthly meet-up for movement and connection for moms, birthing parents, babies, dads, co-parents, and caregivers—because raising a child takes a village.
Kin is a postnatal yoga class for moms/birthing parents to stretch, breathe and take a moment for themselves. While the class is just for birthing parents, we’ve set up our downstairs lounge as a cosy space for co-parents, dads and caregivers to kick back, look after baby, and make some new mates too. After class, everyone comes together downstairs for tea, biscuits and conversation.
Coming solo? No problem. Pre-crawlers are welcome in the practice room with you during class.
WHY COMMUNITY MATTERS
These early weeks and months can feel like a blur—joyful, overwhelming, magical, exhausting. It helps to share it with others. Kin is more than a yoga class. It’s a space for families to come together, make new friends, and feel a little less alone in the chaos of new parenthood. By holding this on the weekend, we hope to make space for co-parents and dads to be part of the experience too—to care for their babies, support their partners, and connect with other families.
Whether you’re feeding, napping, juggling, or just showing up in the clothes you slept in—there’s a spot for you here.

Club B is a caring community club for all those with bumps, babies and beyond. Through gatherings, retreats and supportive spaces, Club B nurtures connection, conversation, and shared experience for parents at every stage.
