In this hands-on class, you'll learn the science and skills to safely can low-acid foods using research-based methods. We'll discuss essential equipment, recipe resources, and you'll leave with a jar of your own canned chicken to enjoy at home.
Class fee is $30 per person, or $50 for two people sharing take-home resources.
