‘Next Gen: Connections Lunch’ by Muse

As part of Muse’s UKREIIF 2026 programme, we’re delighted to announce a session focused on supporting the next generation of professionals entering the built environment.

Building on our wider commitment to early careers, skills and access to the industry, including initiatives such as the Muse Academy and partnerships with education providers and organisations supporting routes into the sector, we’re excited to be offering a meaningful opportunity for young people to connect and learn from industry professionals and mentors at the UK’s leading sector event.

Taking place on Thursday 21 May, 12PM-2PM, at Fearns, Department, the session is designed as an informal and accessible space for networking, insight, and conversation.

Structure

The relaxed networking lunch will bring together young people, early-career professionals, and industry leaders to:

• Gain practical insight into careers in the sector and hear from organisations supporting entry into the industry
• Provide a platform for sharing experiences and highlighting pathways, with insight and advice from other young professionals
• Build connections with other professionals working across regeneration and development
• Develop a deeper understanding of the different stages of the development lifecycle from senior leaders, offering a broad view of careers and roles within the industry
