Come join is in the Forest as we dance a somatic journey that is wild, barefoot and free!
Held at Wendover Woods, one of Forestry England's most beautiful and ancient woodlands.
We start the ceremony in circle, drinking heart opening cacao and drumming and singing in devotion to this sacred earth medicine.
The beginning of the dance is facilitated to get us out of our thinking mind and drop down into our feeling body. The facilitation is designed to help us let go of inhibitions, earth our energy and take us into the sacred portal of the dance.
We then allow our bodies to move in whatever way they need, to express all our body is holding and wants to release.
Luisa Bradshaw-White aka DJ LuluOm creates a wave of music that is earthy, shamanic, heart opening, tribal, euphoric and fun!
Medicine music, healing shamanic sounds, It starts slow and hypnotic and builds and builds to a fast moving, free flowing, ecstatic peak of high vibrational euphoric tunes and finishes with a deeply grounding sound immersion.
This is not a sober rave. It is a somatic journey using movement and sound to let go of anything that no longer serves us, so we can step into the fullest, most joyous version of ourselves.
This is a space of non judgement. A space to be completely YOU. We welcome you. ☺️

WHAT TO BRING: Please wear comfortable clothes to move in and lots of water to keep hydrated.
PICTURES AND VIDEOS: We may take the occasional picture and video of the event, and this footage will be used solely for marketing purposes. However if you would rather not be filmed or photographed, do please let us know.😊
SACRED CACAO : All ingredients are vegan.
Contraindications of cacao (please note one cup of cacao I serve is considered a small dose)
* if you are on antidepressants, SSRIs or other Medic*tion, have a heart condition or are pregnant: Be aware that the theobromine in cacao is a vasodilator: it increases the heart rate and lowers blood pressure, so you may be better off with a smaller dose
. * If you are on MAOI antidepressants, cacao (& all forms of chocolate) is contraindicated because it contains tyramine.
* if you are taking 5-htp (5-Hydroxytryptophan) it's advisable to have a smaller dose of cacao.
* If you are taking St John's Wort, please refrain from taking it for a few days before.
* If you are epileptic a high consumption of cacao could possibly increase the risk of seizures.
*If you take antipsychotic Medic*tion, consuming ceremonial cacao in this way is also contraindicated.
* if you have low blood pressure, be aware that although cacao is a stimulant, it lowers blood pressure. Depending on your condition, a smaller dose might be appropriate.
* some people are allergic or sensitive to theobromine - it can trigger headaches or migraines in some people. In some cases, a smaller dose will be fine depending on how sensitive you are.

PARKING : There is a large car park in the woods,a cafe and toilets. The dance is located approximately a 5 minute walk from the bottom end of the car park. Look out for the FreedOm sign.
There is a parking 'cap' of £7.80 for anyone attending the dance IF you wish to stay for the WHOLE day in the woods. Please pay at kiosk not the machine.
WHAT TO BRING: Please wear comfortable clothes to move in and lots of water to keep hydrated in warm weather. If you want to stay and enjoy a picnic afterwards as well, we love to chat!
If there is heavy rain forecast we will either postpone or move indoors to a local hall. We will make the decision the day before and inform you by email.
