You are most welcome to join ‘An Fhírinne’ Women’s Circle in The Olive Room in The Palms Health & Well-being Centre. A safe, cosy space to connect to yourself and other women.
Lauren is a 500 hour Registered Yoga Teacher and has completed a year long apprenticeship in trauma informed facilitation of Women’s Circles.
She began hosting weekly Women’s Circles in October 2022.
She is passionate about holding space for women to come together and to feel safe and comfortable to share and speak their truth.
‘An Fhírinne’ means The Truth as gaeilge. Lauren experienced the power of women’s circles during her yoga teacher training and felt profound change and growth from being able to freely speak her truth. She realised how important it is to share this in her community, to empower women to look after themselves and use their voice.
We will begin with an opening circle, grounding Breathwork, Embodiment Practice, gentle Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Journalling and sharing circle
•No experience in yoga or breathwork necessary.
•This is open to all women age 18+
