Emberlight Sessions & NOW WELLNESS are co-joining for the first time to create this winter warmer event to help us transition into the slower seasons.

Join us for a multi-sensory experience that begins with a nurturing yoga flow, followed by a relaxed painting session - no pressure, just presence, accompanied by soothing live music to carry you deeper into the moment.
