What You Will Train
This is a 2-hour early-morning activation designed to expand your performance range.
You will:
- Step beyond your default communication style
- Access your “Level 10” state intentionally
- Increase vocal and physical projection
- Practice high-energy delivery in a structured setting
- Build repeatable pre-meeting and pre-stage rituals
The practices are rooted in applied improvisation.
They are structured.
They are deliberate.
They are designed for performance under pressure.
By the end of the workshop, you will leave with tools you can use:
- Before important meetings
- Before board presentations
- Before stepping on stage
- Before high-stakes conversations
How It Works
You will receive the theory beforehand (optional).
The session itself is fully experiential.
We will:
- Practice “priming” techniques used to shift state quickly.
- Train projection beyond the typical office comfort zone.
- Expand your ability to dial intensity up or down intentionally.
This is not about being louder.
It is about increasing your range,
so you can choose the level of intensity the moment requires.
