(English below)Еко-арт колективът „Мрежести вкусове“ ви кани на мултисензорно преживяване, посветено на японската фалопия. Това растение се смята за инвазивен вид и е обект на масово премахване, но историята му е многопластова и интересна – история за придвижване, оцеляване и съжителство с човешките системи.
Членовете на „Мрежести вкусове“ работят през различни сетива – вкус, допир, звук и зрение – за да ни помогнат да осмислим фалопията отвъд лошата ѝ репутация. Съвкупността от тези изживявания е покана да се доближите до растението по нов и различен начин: отблизо и чрез тялото.
Какво ако подходим дори към най-нежеланите видове с любопитство, любов и внимание? И как това би могло да промени връзката ни със света отвъд човешкото?
„Мрежести вкусове“ са:
Анна-София Менато, вокалист, автор на звуковия пейзаж. Анна-София интерпретира български фолклор в съчетание с ембиънт и електронна музика. Нейният глас е дъх, ритъм и движение, невидимото измерение на вечерта.
Елеонора Едрева, текстилен артист и изследовател. Чрез пигменти, текстил и хартия, извлечени от растения, Елеонора преплита ботаника, фолклор и екология в поетичен материален свят.
Люба Мазнова, шеф-готвач, видео артист и графичен дизайнер. Люба създава менюто, приготвя храната и изгражда видео частта от пърформанса – визуален пласт, който преплита вкус, ритъм и разказ.

Фестивал „СтолицаЛитература“ 2026 се организира от Фондация „Елизабет Костова“ и се осъществява с финансовата подкрепа на Столична община, Фондация „Лоис Рот“ и Фондация „Хоторнден“, и в партньорство с Българска национална филмотека, РЦСИ-„Топлоцентрала“, Културен център към СУ „Св. Климент Охридски“, Катедра „Англицистика и американистика“ СУ „Св. Климент Охридски“, Къща за литература и превод, Институт „Отворено общество“ – София и пространство „Магнит“. Фестивалът се организира за 18-а поредна година и е част от културния календар на Столична община.

The eco-art collective “Reticulate Tastes” invites you to a multisensory experience dedicated to Japanese knotweed. This plant is widely considered an invasive species and is subject to mass eradication, yet its history is layered and compelling—a story of movement, survival, and coexistence with human systems.
“Reticulate Tastes” work across multiple senses—taste, touch, sound, and sight—to help us rethink Japanese knotweed beyond its negative reputation. The combined experience is an invitation to encounter the plant in a new way: up close and through the body.
What might change if we approached even the most unwanted species with curiosity, care, and attention? And how might that reshape our relationship with the more-than-human world?
“Reticulate Tastes” are:
Anna-Sophia Menato is the vocalist behind Reticulate Tastes’ soundscape. She interprets Bulgarian folklore, blending it with ambient and electronic music to create an intimate, contemplative atmosphere. Her voice is breath, rhythm and movement, the invisible dimension of the evening.
Eleonora Edreva is the textile artist and researcher behind Reticulate Tastes. Through pigments, textiles, and paper derived from plants and organic waste, she weaves botany, folklore and ecology into a poetic material world. Her work transforms memory, mythology and earth into form and story.
Lyuba Maznova is the chef, video artist and graphic designer of Reticulate Tastes. Lyuba crafts the menu, prepares each dish, and creates the video art - a visual layer that weaves flavor, rhythm and narrative.

The 2026 CapitaLiterature Festival is organized by the Elizabeth Kostova Foundation with the financial support of Sofia Municipality, the Lois Roth Foundation, and the Hawthornden Foundation, and in partnership with the Bulgarian National Film Archive, Toplocentrala Regional Center for Contemporary Arts, the Cultural Center of Sofia University, the Department of English and American Studies at Sofia University, the House of Literature and Translation, the Open Society Institute – Sofia, and Magnit space. The festival is being held for the 18th consecutive year and is part of Sofia Municipality’s cultural calendar.
