Майстер-клас Варвари Васильєвої (скрипка)✨ 9 березня, з 10:00 до 17:30 – VERE MUSIC HUB (Київ, вул. Малопідвальна, 21/8).
Майстер-клас відкритий як для скрипалів, так і для камерних ансамблів, у складі яких є скрипка.
Список учасників буде оприлюднений, а графік занять буде розісланий електронною поштою всім зареєстрованим учасникам за 2-3 дні до майстер-класу.
Студенти, викладачі та музиканти, які не братимуть активної участі у майстер-класі, можуть приходити і вільно слухати заняття своїх колег.
Майстер-клас проводиться в рамках програми VERE MUSIC ACADEMY.

Музикантів, які візьмуть активну участь у майстер-класі, а також розклад занять визначить викладач. Ми оголосимо цю інформацію за 2-3 дні до майстер-класу.

Варвара – українська скрипалька, що народилась в Києві та нині мешкає у Швейцарії.
З вересня 2022 року навчалася у Hochschule für Musik Basel (FHNW) у класах професорки Барбари Долль та Клаудіо Мартінес Менера. З квітня 2026 вона продовжуватиме навчання в Hochschule für Musik Hanns Eisler Berlin у класі професорки Ант'є Вайтгаас.
Варвара лауреатка багатьох конкурсів, серед яких Max Rostal International Competition (2024, Німеччина), Oleksii Gorokhov International Competition-Festival (2022, Україна), Odesa International Violin Competition (2018, Україна), Ysaÿe International Music Competition (2019, Бельгія).
Вона брала активну участь у численних фестивалях та академіях, таких як Geneva International String Academy (2024), Beethovenfest Bonn (2022), Riehener Serenaden (2023), Im Spiegel у Санкт-Галлені (2023), Fiskars Summer Festival у Фіскарс, Wolfegg Wintermusik, а також Zwischentöne Engelberg.
Варвара є учасницею майстер-класів Леонідаса Кавакоса, Бориса Гарлицького, Міріам Фрід, Бориса Кушніра, Роберта Левіна, а також грала в камерних формаціях з такими музикантами, як Валентин Ербен, Рафаель Розенфельд, Клаудіо Мартінес Менер, Вінфрід Радемахер, Сільвія Сіміонеску та інші.
Регулярно виступає як солістка як в Україні, так і за кордоном, в тому числі з Sinfonieorchester Basel у Stadtcasino Basel, а також у серії благодійних концертів з оркестром «Мрія» у Berlin Philharmonie, Die Glocke та Laeiszhalle. Вона регулярно співпрацює з Kyiv Philharmonic Orchestra.
З 2023 року є співзасновницею струнного квартету Arda String Quartet (Базель, Швейцарія).
Варвара грає на інструменті J. B. Vuillaume (1866), наданому їй у користування майстернею Wilhelm Geigenbau.
З 2019 року отримує грантову підтримку благодійного фонду VERE MUSIC FUND.

⚡️ March 9, from 10:00 to 17:30 – VERE MUSIC HUB (Kyiv, 21/8 Malopidvalna str.).
The master class is open to violinist and chamber ensembles that include a violin.
Classes are held without an audience, but students, teachers, and professional musicians are welcome to come and listen to their colleagues.
The list of participants will be made public, and the schedule of classes will be sent by e-mail to all registered participants 2-3 days before the master class.
The master class is part of the VERE MUSIC ACADEMY program.
Selection of active participants based on videos. The video must be recorded after March 1, 2025. Applications can be sent by March 5 to [email protected].

The musicians who will take an active part in the master class, as well as the schedule of classes, will be chosen by the teacher. We will announce this information 2-3 days before the master class.

Varvara is a Ukrainian violinist born in Kyiv and currently based in Switzerland.
Since September 2022, she has studied at the Hochschule für Musik Basel (FHNW) in the classes of Prof. Barbara Doll and Claudio Martínez Mehner. From April 2026, she will continue her studies at the Hochschule für Musik Hanns Eisler Berlin in the class of Prof. Antje Weithaas.
Varvara is a laureate of numerous competitions, including the Max Rostal International Competition (2024, Germany), the Oleksii Gorokhov International Competition-Festival (2022, Ukraine), the Odesa International Violin Competition (2018, Ukraine), and the Ysaÿe International Music Competition (2019, Belgium).
She has actively participated in numerous festivals and academies such as Geneva International String Academy (2024), Beethovenfest Bonn (2022), Riehener Serenaden (2023), Im Spiegel in St. Gallen (2023), Fiskars Summer Festival, Wolfegg Wintermusik, and Zwischentöne Engelberg.
Varvara has taken part in masterclasses with Leonidas Kavakos, Boris Garlitsky, Miriam Fried, Boris Kuschnir, and Robert Levin. She has also performed in chamber music formations with musicians such as Valentin Erben, Rafael Rosenfeld, Claudio Martínez Mehner, Winfried Rademacher, Silvia Simionescu, among others.
She regularly appears as a soloist both in Ukraine and abroad, including performances with the Sinfonieorchester Basel at Stadtcasino Basel, as well as in a series of charity concerts with the Mriya Orchestra at Berlin Philharmonie, Die Glocke, and Laeiszhalle. She also regularly collaborates with the Kyiv Philharmonic Orchestra.
Since 2023, she has been a co-founder of the Arda String Quartet (Basel, Switzerland).
Varvara plays a J. B. Vuillaume violin (1866), generously on loan from Wilhelm Geigenbau.
Since 2019, she has been supported by the VERE MUSIC FUND.

It helps open Ukrainian performers’ access to best educational practices that used to cost them a lot of time, effort and money. But now it is possible to get to master classes of world-famous teachers and musicians without leaving Ukraine.

VERE MUSIC HUB is an artistic ecosystem and creative space designed for young musicians and listeners, established by the VERE MUSIC FUND. The hub features an upper hall with 100 seats, ideal for concerts, recordings, masterclasses, lectures, and more, as well as a lower rehearsal hall. It is located at 21/8 Malopidvalna Street, Kyiv.

Founded in 2017 by Tetiana Verevska, the VERE MUSIC FUND is a charitable organization that provides grants to Ukrainian musicians, enabling them to participate in international competitions and masterclasses. The Fund also organizes festival projects, educational initiatives, and supports international music competitions held in Ukraine.
