Baltimaade suurimas erarahastusega loodud terviselinnakus Ülemiste Citys toimub interdistsiplinaarne tervisekonverents SÜDA, mis toob kokku meditsiinitöötajad, teadlased, tööandjad ja tervisehuvilised. SÜDA konverentsi eesmärk on vaadelda tervishoiu olevikku ja tulevikku ning käsitleda südametervise teemasid uue nurga alt – ühendades meditsiini, teaduse ja inimkeskse töökultuuri.

Konverents on jagatud kahte paralleeli:
◾️ Meditsiinitöötajatele – platvormi teadmiste vahetamiseks, uurimistulemuste esitlemiseks ja uute ravimeetodite tutvustamiseks.
▫️ Tööandjatele ja talentidele – praktilisi teadmisi, kuidas hoida oma ja oma meeskonna südame tervist ning milliseid samme astuda südamehaiguste ennetamiseks.
Ülemiste City eesmärk on toetada talentide tervist ning arendada tervist hoidvat keskkonda. Keskendume vaimse, füüsilise ja sotsiaalse tervise edendamisele nii linnaku, tööandja kui indiviidi tasandil.

Everyone has a heart to take care of.
The interdisciplinary health conference SÜDA, held in Ülemiste City – the largest privately funded health campus in the Baltics – brings together healthcare professionals, researchers, employers, and everyone interested in well-being. The aim of the SÜDA conference is to explore the present and future of healthcare and to discuss heart health from a new perspective, combining medicine, science, and a people-centered work culture.

The conference will be divided into two parallel sessions:
◾️ For healthcare professionals – a platform for exchanging knowledge, presenting research, and introducing new treatment methods.
▫️ For employers and talents – practical insights on how to take care of your own and your team’s heart health, and what steps to take in preventing heart disease.
Ülemiste City aims to support the well-being of its talents and develop a health-promoting environment. The focus is on strengthening mental, physical, and social health – at the level of the campus, employers, and individuals alike.
