What to bring:
👖 Warm layers to move in (the temperature fluctuates greatly in Sintra!)
🧥 Rain jacket (I also have waterproof ponchos for you)
🗺 Scarf, blanket, or towel to wrap around yourself
👀 Eyemask or similar to cover your eyes

How to get there:

I’m Martin, an ex-elite kickboxer, psychotherapy practitioner, and coach with a deep love for nature.
These microdosing hikes are a profound combination of ceremony, breathwork, shamanism, microdosing, and being in nature with community. I have guided 90+ hikes with 900+ participants in the last four years.
My trauma-informed approach, rooted in compassion, mindfulness, and inclusivity, ensures a safe and supportive space for all.
