Come experience the beauty and magic of El Día de los Muertos through folkloric dances from the regions of El Estado de México- Concheros (Aztec dances), Oaxaca, Puebla, Jalisco and Veracruz presented by Flagstaff's own award-winning Ballet Folklórico de Colores. An authentic altar will also be presented by Nuestras Raíces to remember our loved ones who have passed on. Traditional Mexican food for El Día de los Muertos will be available for purchase, as well as fantastic drink specials from the Orpheum bar. Don't miss this beautiful cultural Día de los Muertos spectacular, presented for the first time ever in Flagstaff!
About Ballet Folklórico de Colores:
In 2005, Ballet Folklórico De Colores was formed by Sergio Padilla, interested parents and teachers from Puente de Hózhó Bilingual School to teach and perform the beautiful folk dances from Mexico for our Flagstaff community. The organization filed for 501 (c) (3) status that year. Ballet Folklórico De Colores is a community, non-profit organization dedicated to teaching and performing traditional Mexican folk dances. We strive to provide a quality dance experience to children in the Flagstaff community at an affordable rate. We pride ourselves in being an inclusive organization that fosters cultural diversity. We provide educational experiences for community youth, with outreach to the Flagstaff community in the performing arts. We promote and preserve traditional Mexican folk dance.

The Orpheum Theater is a historic, indoor venue located on Aspen Street in downtown Flagstaff next to the Weatherford Hotel and Residence Inn.

* A Full Bar is available at the venue
* No outside food and beverage is allowed in
* Empty, soft, clear water bottles will be allowed. No hydro flasks, metal, or hard plastic water bottles of any kind will be permitted inside the venue.
* Backpacks larger than 10 x 14″ will not be allowed into the venue
