About this Event
This workshop is meant to touch us deeper in our collective and individual wounds. It is meant to support us by moving through the respective emotions and giving them the space they need to be seen, to be validated, to be loved, to be healed.
Systemic family constellations is a tool to make our blind spots more visible, more tangible. It invites us to change certain patterns that are not serving us anymore.
~𝕡𝕖𝕣𝕞𝕖ā𝕣𝕖~ will use the family constellation framework and include the element of physical expression through free-flowing dance and movement.
In practical terms:
We will have constellations for 1-2 individuals in which they will present a specific topic dear to their hearts.
The other participants have the opportunity to serve as conduits of energies present in the mostly non-verbal space, making the invisible visible.
It is not necessarily important to have prior experience in family constellations. What is more important is that you have an open mind and heart for this kind of work. Also you don't have to be a dancer in order to attend this event. Your intention to connect with your body and let it be moved is completely enough.
~𝕡𝕖𝕣𝕞𝕖ā𝕣𝕖~ is a format that allows for the mental chatter to drop so that we can tune into our bodies and let the energetic frequency of the present moment permeate through us.
About the facilitator:
Olga's life work consists of holding spaces for healing and transformation, either in group settings or individually.
She loves to combine constellation work with dance, movement and somatic expression as it allows one to drop into the body and let oneself be moved by the energetic field, without needing to involve the rational mind.
Olga works as a yoga teacher, an astrologer, a Human Design coach, an energy healer, an actress.
Through her own healing journey, many aha moments, and the various trainings she has completed, she supports others in becoming the masters of their own lives. Lives and realities lived in full self-responsibility and integrity, service, courage and an openness of one's heart.
