Overview
Qigong is a 5000 years old ancient Chinese self healing and self-unfoldment practice which has been validated by recent scientific research that it can heal and prevent not only physical diseases but also heal the mind. Healing the mind is important to heal the mind-heart connection for one’s spiritual development. Qigong is vast and infinite. The way we approach Qigong is by remaining open to its infinite and every possibility. When one’s mind starts to heal and mind-heart connection returns to nature, a possibility of awakening of our own inner “Buddha” is discovered. Simply to put, as Qigong starts working as one’s own inner medicine, one is able to step into the positive paradigm of developing one’s own innate and hidden human potential.
Syra’s own potential has unfolded in such unexpected ways as she continues to practice Qigong year after year. Inspired, she brings to you a series of 3 workshops so together we may discover many possibilities of Qigong and the Taiji Circle. Through breathing, meditation, movement, healing sounds, tapping, self- massaging, poetry and story telling we will engage in Qigong and its infinite wisdom.
The workshops will focus on Wu Wei to experience Emptiness and La Chi to collect Qi and Fill into our different Elixir Fields. The intention of these workshops is to reawaken the original “Spirit” of the 3 organs, which may be depleted for various reasons thus creating imbalances in their natural function and vitality. Each of our organs not only have a bodily function, they are also deeply connected to our spiritual development and our connection with the universal forces.

Organ: The Kidneys
Connection: Heart, longevity, Reception of Qi, Clarity, Intelligence, Wisdom, Sexuality, Body Fluids, Hearing, Bones, Spinal Cord and Marrow
