This 25-hour training will provide you with the tools you need to build and teach a full pregnancy safe class and give you the confidence to offer pregnancy safe options in your regular classes. Together we will look closely at the pregnancy experience, from conception, the 3 trimesters, and the postpartum experience.Facilitator- Christina Reid, RYT 500HR and RPYT with Yoga Alliance
Friday March 6th 5-9pm
Saturday March 7th 8am-7pm (lunch break from 12-1)
Sunday March 8th 8am – 6pm (lunch break from 12-1)
