Zumba® Toning class offered at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church (4201 Stoudts Ferry Bridge Rd, Reading, PA 19605) Thursdays September 12th through May 29th 630pm - 730pm.June-August class moves to the Laurel Run Pool for Aqua Zumba.
-Plenty of parking and space in class for all who want to attend. We enter the building by the ramp.
-Cost is $7 cash or Venmo. A class package of buy 10 classes get one class free is offered.
- Zumba Toning sticks are provided for use during class, but you can bring dumbbells 1lb-3lbs if you prefer.
Zumba® Toning is all the fun of a regular Zumba® Fitness class, but with light weight resistance. This class is both strength and cardio focused.
No coordination, fitness or dance experience is required. Just be ready to move, sweat, and have some fun!
Kids are welcome to attend parents and sit off to the side, just keep an eye on them during class.
