ZUMBA with MARIA

The class is held at the school hall.Entrance to the venue is through big gate at Clifton Road along parking. There is some parking space avaliable at the premises. For the class please arrive at least 5minutes prior to start.Do wear comfortable clothes and trainers.And don't forget about your bottle of water plus face towel can be useful as well. The class format contains a warm up, main dance part and a cool down.It's medium intensity and can be easy adjusted to your fitness level.There will also be a short breaks in between, to allow you catch a breath and stay hydrated. All that to make sure that the Class is safe for you.

Salsa, Merengue,Reggaton, Cumbia,Soca, Bachata, Pop, Afrobeat are some examples of dance styles we will do in class. So get ready,pack your staff and don't forget your smile and I shall see you on a dance floor.😉😍🤗💃🕺

Info: Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes earlier to set up ready for the class and make sure we can start on time

Info: We always start with 3 warm up songs which have easy to follow moves and are there to prepare your muscle for a main dancing part of class.

Info: That's where we actually starting to include our dancing part and choreographed songs that inludes 4 basic styles : Merengue, Cumbia,Salsa, Reggaton and additional styles that vary over the time. plus there is always a fitness variation song where we implement some exercises. Pssst.... don't tell no-one.

Info: We slowing down and use some stretching during 2 last songs to bring our body temperature and heart beat down and make it safe for our bodies.

Info: Last song where we all dance together with our own moves.Students can suggest the title beforehand, so we can enjoy it together, otherwise I get to choose one.
