My daughter Ashlyn Joyner was excepted to go on a mission trip to Chinandega, Nicaragua next May with her church family Crossroads Florence in KY. Crossroads Florence helps a company called Amigos for Christ. Amigos for Christ is a nonprofit organization dedicated to fostering sustainable development in rural Nicaraguan communities. They focus on leadership, water, health, education and economic growth. Creating easy access to clean water is the foundation for community development and is crucial for all life. For her to be able to go on this mission trip she must raise the money to help pay for the trip. I personally wanted to help her with some of that by having a Zumba fundraiser event. The event will be held on Sunday October 5th from 4-5pm at Jazzercize Fitness Studio of Wilmington 5424 Oleander Dr. Suite #8 and the cost of admission is $15.
