Come move you your body and learn preventative ways of keeping your kidneys healthy and what you should do if an issue arise.

We will have special Zumba instructor, and will learn or brush up on the lines dances (just in time for wedding season) from an upcoming contestant in the CT Miss Full Figured Pageant! Fresh Salad Bar also included! Learning, Growing, and Connecting TOGETHER is the way
