Please join us for ZUMBA GLOW classes
Monday 7pm @ Hounslow Youth Centre ( free parking)
Everyone welcome! Only £7.00 per session!
You'll work up a sweat in a darkened room with disco lights! ZUMBA routines are a mix of dance, easy to follow and always have high or low-impact options to suit all fitness levels.
You'll use a pair of our flashing LED glow sticks throughout the class, these are both reusable and recyclable so much more environmentally friendly than the single-use ones.
It's all about fun, not about perfection.
Please take it to your level, keep it simple and enjoy the music.
