Get ready to dance your way to fitness! Ridgefield Park's Mayor's Wellness Campaign is bringing FREE Zumba classes to the community, and you're invited!
About This Event
Join us for high-energy Zumba sessions led by Isabel's School of Dance. Whether you're a seasoned dancer or have two left feet, this class is for you! Zumba is a fun way to get fit while moving to energizing music in a supportive, welcoming environment.
What to Expect:
- Fun, engaging workouts that keep you moving and smiling
- Inclusive atmosphere welcoming all fitness levels and ages
- Expert instruction from Isabel's School of Dance, dedicated to teaching dance and movement to kids and adults in the Bogota area
- Move at your own pace—no dance experience required!
Class Details: ? Thursdays: 11/20, 12/11, 1/8, 1/22, 2/5 ⏰ 7:00 PM ? Civic Center (upstairs) ? FREE for Ridgefield Park residents
About the Mayor's Wellness Campaign
This program is part of the statewide Mayor's Wellness Campaign, a community health initiative led by the New Jersey Health Care Quality Institute in partnership with the New Jersey State League of Municipalities. These classes were chosen based on resident votes—we heard you, and this campaign is for YOU!

- Limited capacity—register early to secure your spot
- Free to Ridgefield Park residents
- Wear comfortable workout clothes and bring water

- Positive energy and a smile!
