A guaranteed fun start to a Sunday, running with friends, meeting new friends and all to raise money for the IOW NHS Trust.
Here’s Zoë’s story:
For those that don't know me, my name is Zoe and I work as an Operating Department Practitioner for the Isle of Wight NHS Trust.
I am a keen runner and also the ladies vice captain of the Isle of Wight Road Runners Running Club.

We have all had friends and family who
have all needed the care and expertise of the wonderful health professionals of the Isle of Wight NHS Trust who provide the Isle of Wight with both routine and emergency medical care, quite often during incredibly busy and difficult times and under increasing financial pressures.

I am very lucky to have been given the honour of raising money via the trusts charity place to run the London Marathon.
I have been lucky enough to run the marathon before, however, I have never needed to fundraise to gain a place, and this time I want to run for a purpose, and to give something back.
So, what better way to raise awareness of our small but fabulous hospital, than to combine my passion for running with my commitment to support the NHS Trust that has already given me so much.
The IOW NHS Trust Charity raises money to make a difference to the people that use their services, and to support members of #TeamIOWNHS.
I would be incredibly grateful if you could help me achieve my target of raising £2500 by donating anything at all. Even £1 makes a difference, and it all goes towards providing such a valuable service here on our little island.
