we are offering courses in both FUNDAMENTAL TECHNIQUE on which ALL zouk is based and ZOUK SEQUENCES to drill your moves and extend your repertoire, ready for the dance floor.
It doesn't matter what level we are at we ALWAYS need to go back and drill the FUNDAMENTAL. As we improve our knowledge of moves, we often take our attention off FUNDAMENTAL TECHNIQUE. This is why we are providing 15 HOURS of dance training so we can drill BOTH TECHNIQUE AND SKILLS.
