Most of our dance experience is processed through our eyes, but Zouk is a language of touch, breath, and weight. Zouk In The Dark is an invitation to turn off the visual noise and tune into the frequency of your partner and the music.

By removing sight, we bypass the "analytical" brain that worries about how a movement looks. This experience is designed to:
Heighten Body Awareness: Feel the micro-movements and subtle leads that usually get lost in the lights.
Deepen Presence: Without visual distractions, you are 100% "in the now" with your partner.
Emphasize Feeling: Discover a level of intuitive connection that only happens when you stop looking and start listening with your body.

We are thrilled to have DJ Power curating this journey. Known for a deep, soulful style, his set is designed specifically for this immersive environment:
Unique Vibrations: Expect a hand-picked selection of lyrical and acoustic beats—music that breathes and flows.
Raw Emotion: We are moving away from heavy synthetic bass and into music with texture and heart. This is a soundscape you don't just hear; you feel it in your chest and follow it with your soul.

Entry Instructions:
The ground floor entrance is next to the Blarney Stone. Enter 1913* on the small keypad (located directly under the bigger keypad) to enter the building. Take the elevator/stairs to the 4th floor.
House Rules:
Stay Hydrated: Please bring your own water! 💧
Clean Sanctuary: To keep the dance floor pristine, no food is allowed in the studio.
All Levels: Open to every dancer in NYC, from beginners to pros. The dark is the ultimate equalizer.
