West Nipissing is in the process of updating its Zoning By-law and public input is welcomed. The purpose of this revision is to align municipal regulations with provincial requirements and reflect the community’s evolving needs and priorities. The Zoning By-law regulates land use, building location, and development standards. Prior to Council adopting the Zoning By-law, residents will have an opportunity to provide input in writing or in person:
- Participate in the Open House on April 23, 2026 6-9pm in Council Chambers, at 255 Holditch Street, Sturgeon Falls.

- By using the comment form on the project website: https://www.westnipissing.ca/official-plan-and-zoning-by-law-update/#feedback
- By dropping off written comments at the Municipal Office
* Please provide any written comments by April 30, 2026 for them to be provided to Council for consideration.

La Municipalité de Nipissing Ouest est dans le processus de mettre à jour son Règlement de zonage et invite le public à y contribuer. Cette révision vise à harmoniser la réglementation municipale avec les exigences provinciales et à tenir compte de l’évolution des besoins et des priorités de la communauté. Le règlement de zonage encadre l’utilisation des terres, l’emplacement des bâtiments et les normes d’aménagement.

Avant l’adoption du règlement de zonage par le Conseil municipal, les résidents auront l’occasion de formuler leurs commentaires par écrit ou en personne :
- Participez à la séance d’information publique le 23 avril 2026, de 18 h à 21 h, dans la salle du conseil, située au 255, rue Holditch, à Sturgeon Falls.
