Zinposium will be a rare comparative exploration of Paso Robles Zinfandel, led collectively by two acclaimed winemakers and founders Brock Waterman and Ishka Stanislaus. Crafted to reveal how site, soil, elevation, and farming philosophy shape the soul of a wine.
The experience begins with a sensory calibration - an interactive aroma exercise that fine-tunes the palate and sets the stage for discovery. Guests will then be led through a guided tasting of Zinfandels from two distinct vineyards, poured side-by-side for in depth exploration and paired alongside gourmet cheeses. Together, you’ll explore nuances in fruit expression, structure, and body - followed by a reserve selection to evaluate.
