CREATING A VISION OF GREATNESSDescription
Imagine going to a website where you could log on and, with the right password, view your life as it will be five years from now. Well, the website (as far as we know) doesn't exist yet. But you have the software you need right in your own head!
Visioning is a tool that can help clarify what is most important, identifying what success looks like at a particular point in time in your future, then describing it in rich, specific imagery to that others can picture it, too.
In this workshop, ZingTrain will explain this powerful, time-tested tool, share multiple examples of visions of all different kinds, and give participants a chance to practice writing a draft vision and share it with others.
Objectives
By the end of the workshop, participants will be able to:
Explain Zingerman's approach to visioning and how it can be applied in their personal and professional life.
Draft a personal vision of greatness for themselves.
Use visions to further success for themselves, their team, and their business/organization.
Call upon a network of peers to help get past roadblocks.
