Child care is the rhythm that keeps LA moving. Before summer ends, let’s celebrate all that our county’s caregivers do to nurture our little Angelenos in the first three years of their lives—with a community celebration.
Join A Golden State for Kids for our Zero to Three Jamboree! Get ready for a fun-filled day of celebrating the importance of the first years of life and the caregivers who set children up for success at the Autry Museum of the American West on Saturday, September 20 from 10:30 am - 1:30 pm.
Doors open at 10 am. First 125 kids will receive a gift bag 😉

There are many reasons to recognize the 0-3 child care system in Los Angeles, but the main reason is that we all depend on it! Let’s celebrate our children and the providers who keep our system going.
🎉 What to Expect:
- Parent and provider recognition: Hear from beloved caregivers from around the county about what makes the first three years of a child's life so magical!
- Craft tent: Get your festival on in our craft tent where kids of all ages can make flowy flower crowns, practice coloring the milestones of childhood, or read their favorite books.
- Photo booth: Check out our Golden State Photo Booth—or catch our California bear during the event and ask for a photo!
- Live music: Catch our local headliner playing songs and bringing the fun to get your kids moving!
- Live mural: Watch talented LA muralist Toni Weathers creating art inspired by the exciting milestones that happen in the first three years of life.
- Food: Enjoy a delicious lunch (vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options) included with registration.
- 0-3 resource fair: Connect with local organizations and discover resources for your child’s earliest years!
This festival is dedicated to celebrating Angelenos ages 0 to 3, but the fun and activities are meant for children of all ages, their families, and the community.

El cuidado infantil es el motor que mantiene a Los Ángeles en movimiento. Antes de que termine el verano, honremos a los cuidadores del condado que día tras día cuidan y acompañan a nuestros pequeños angelinos en sus primeros tres años de vida con una gran fiesta comunitaria.
¡Acompáñanos en el Zero to Three Jamboree de A Golden State for Kids! Prepárate para un día lleno de diversión celebrando la importancia de los primeros años de vida y honrando a todos esos cuidadores increíbles que preparan a los niños para un futuro brillante en el Autry Museum of the American West el sábado 20 de septiembre de 10:30 a.m. a 1:30 p.m.

- Cabina de fotos: Visita nuestra Cabina de Fotos del Golden State o atrapa a nuestro oso de California durante el evento y pide una foto.
- Música en vivo: Disfruta de nuestro artista local principal, quien hará que tus hijos se muevan y se diviertan al ritmo de sus canciones.
