This endless stream of thoughts creates internal noise, where only a small fraction reaches our conscious awareness, while the rest settles deeper into the subconscious.
The effort to control the mind often fuels it further. Ancient teachings suggest that life is not about solving every problem, but about learning to let go—by releasing our identification with thoughts and the mind itself.
