This workshop re-visits the material of ZB I and builds on it, adding more information and additional balancing techniques to complete the Core Protocol.Zero Balancing is a touch therapy that can be utilised by anyone to help their friends and family, and professionals in the field can use it to help their clients.
Working gently with the bones and joints, it promotes release of tensions and increases the flow of vitality throughout your body.
Done with the body's full co-operation, areas of held tension- physical and energetic - are found and, through touch, we offer opportunities for the body to let them go.
It is gentle, safe and powerful.
Although often used to address specific issues, in every session we work to balance the whole body. The effect is therefore truly holistic, not symptom-specific.
In this workshop, you will learn:
- The practice, principles and theory of Zero Balancing
- How to touch body energy and anatomical structure simultaneously
- Developing conscious touch working with ZB bodywork
- The structural/energetic anatomy of the skeleton and joints
- The practical methods of Zero Balancing – fulcrums & vectors
- To give and receive contructive feedback as you share your learning
- A protocol for giving a core Zero Balancing session
