About this Event
The Zentangle Method is an easy-to-learn, relaxing, and fun way to create beautiful images by drawing structured patterns called tangles. Zentangle: April Showers is a delightful spring project in which you will learn to draw four Zentangle Patterns (tangles) and how to draw and color three-dimensional raindrops and puddles. You will use blue micron pen, blue brush marker, blue colored pencil and a white gel pen on a 5" x 5" paper Zentangle "tile". No previous experience needed. If you can hold a pen, you too can do Zentangle - one stroke at a time!
Some of the supplies needed for the workshop are included with ticket purchase and will be provided at the start of the workshop.
SAMPLE KIT:
- (3) 5" Paper Tiles
- (1) #2 Graphite Pencil with Eraser
- (1) Tortillion
- (1) Zentangle Bag
Additional supplies will need to be purchased in advance of the workshop. These items include:

Wendy Gray has been practicing the art of Zentangle since 2011 and became a Certified Zentangle Teacher (CZT) in 2016 in Providence, Rhode Island. Wendy has taught Zentangle classes in San Diego CA, Loveland, Mason, Delhi, and Lebanon, Ohio. Wendy has participated in juried Arts & Crafts shows in California and Ohio featuring her Zentangle Inspired Art (ZIA) with one of her ZIA pieces accepted into the Women’s Art Club of Cincinnati Art Show in 2019.
