The Zentangle® Art Method is an easy-to-learn, relaxing, and fun way to create beautiful images by drawing structured patterns. Regardless of artistic skills, participants are invited to use repetitive, elemental strokes to draw delightful pieces of art. Attendees will be in a supportive environment as they learn a few basic terms and information about the Zentangle® Method and spend the day drawing a variety of patterns while the instructor provides simple, step-by-step instructions.
This experience has also been associated with stress reduction, increased confidence, creativity, focus, and a sense of personal well-being. People of all ages, skills, and interests enjoy the Zentangle® Method all over the world because it is independent of language, age, political views, religious beliefs, or any other category that separates one from another. Only a few basic supplies are needed and these will be provided to participants.
Stephanie is a Certified Zentangle® Teacher with several years of in-person and virtual teaching experience.
