Join our free community Yoga class on April 19th at REACH LA Studios
Mats will be available, or you're welcome to bring your own mat.
These three hours of Wellness include a yoga flow session, group reflection/ journaling, and the accompaniment by a relaxing sound bath. Along with welcoming aromas, and skilled instruction to help you flow into the rest of your week. We will also be creating a succulent arrangement as our spring giveaway with the community.
The space's intent is to honor people of color (BIPOC community) while attracting a third space for community to find safety, fellowship, and knowledge about holistic care and practice.
