Join us October 11th-14th for ThirdEyeArtCollective's Flow And Wellness Retreat in Homestead, Miami!Camp for 3 nights with lucious Blue Lagoons and waterfalls while enjoying dozens of flow, fire, and wellness workshops.
Flow Arts is the practice of movement with a prop. At this retreat, take dozens of workshops on different Flow props like hooping, fans, silk fans, poi, dragon staff, fire eating, contact staff, and more.
Most classes will be equipped with the prop you need! So whether you have the prop or not, you can participate in the class.
If you like the prop, you will even have the option to purchase it to take home and continue your practice! Between flow classes, enjoy powerful holistic workshops like sonic neural breathwork and kundalini yoga.
In the evening the instuctors that taught during the day will put on a mesmerizing fire performance showcase talent show over the lagoon!
Late night enjoy a fire circle and bonfire.
Enjoy intentional handmade meals with vegan and protein options.
Also receive a personal photoshoot from renowned fire photographer Vimala Faith, Video Content from BustaPhoto, and a drone photoshoot with Aye Eye Creative!
Also enjoy vendors, horseback riding, and transformative ceremonies!
Friday:
Arrive and set up camp at the beautiful venue with waterfalls, blue lagoons, and farm land.
Friday night we will have an opening Cacao ceremony, dinner, an open fire burn, bubbles show, and bonfire.
Saturday :
In the morning awake early for kundalini yoga with Siri Karta Singh followed by a powerful Sonic Nueral Breathwork Opening Ceremony with Laura and Crystal
Then enjoy Saturday's Flow Arts Workshops: Intro to Hooping, Dragon staff , Juggling, Fans, Double Staff, "Telling a story with your prop", Double Hoop, and Fire Safety, and "Wick your own fire eating torches", (take your pair home with you!)
As well as authentic relating, permaculture workshop, prana vinyasa yoga, a transformational meditation, and sound bath.
In the evening, enjoy a mesmerizing Instructor Fire Showcase: A fire talent show from all the teachers who taught classes on Saturday!
Recieve a fire photoshoot or day photoshoot from renowned fire photographer Vimala Faith, Drone photoshoot, or video content shoot.
Also enjoy horseback riding, vendors, and swimming in the gorgeous lagoons and waterfalls
Late night enjoy a bonfire and fire spinning circle, and tea ceremony.
Sunday:
Awake early for yoga with Tommy Bigfinger from EvoYoga Dance Party.
Next enjoy a morning guided breathwork and meditation with Crystal.
Sunday Flow Arts workshops include: Poi, Flexibility workshop, Rope Dart, Single Hoop Choreo, Contact Staff, How to charge more as a performer, Silk Fans Choreo, Quad Hoop, FlowStar, Shibari, Fire Eating, and Flowing With Fire Torches.
As well as a soundbath with Laura overlooking the lagoon

We will close out the evening with a powerful wholeness integration ceremony from Leslie Vinas
Followed by a bonfire and fire spinning circle
Monday:
Enjoy our last breakfast together, followed by the closing sharing circle.
Then pack up your campsite and leave in the afternoon.
