Immerse yourself in serenity with our Guided Meditation in the Park, Saturday, October 12th, 2024, at 8:30 am EST!
Join us in the grassy area next to the paved parking lot at Black Point Park and Marina, 24775 SW 87th Ave, Miami, FL 33032. We will be seated in the grassy area next to the paved parking lot, from the SW 248th Street entrance of the park. Look for a large "Meditation with Dani La Barrie" sign.
No experience is needed. Bring a yoga mat, blanket, sheet, or towel (whatever you're comfortable with). If you suffer from lower back pain, you're welcome to bring a cushion, chair, or pillow. Bring water; wear sunscreen, a hat, and comfortable clothes. Come solo or bring friends :)
