Join us for an evening of mindfulness and renewal as we celebrate Valentine’s Day weekend with a special Zendays event at the Garcia Center for the Arts in San Bernardino.

Cultivate loving-kindness and connection during this transformative experience. This unique offering combines the meditative stillness of Yin Yoga with the soothing vibrations of a Sound Bath to help you release tension, restore balance, and open your heart.
Yin Yoga
Led by Andrena, this gentle, introspective practice uses long-held poses to release physical and emotional blockages, creating space for stillness and self-compassion.
Sound Bath
Guided by Marilynn, immerse yourself in the healing tones of harmoniously tuned instruments. This meditative soundscape will transport you to a state of deep relaxation, fostering inner peace and self-love.
What to Bring:
- A yoga mat
- A blanket
- A pillow or bolster for support
- Your favorite mug for tea (disposable cups will also be provided)
