Camp Activities
Our curriculum focuses on wellness and creative expression, featuring:
Yoga & Breathwork: Gentle movement and breathing techniques.
Meditation & Mindfulness: Practicing presence and focus.
Art Coping Skills: Using creativity to process emotions.
Grounding Skills: Techniques to stay calm and centered.
Dates & Age Groups
Ages 8-10: July 20-24| 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM.
Pricing & Registration
Standard Rate: $280 per child.
