Camp Activities
Our curriculum focuses on wellness and creative expression, featuring:
Yoga & Breathwork: Gentle movement and breathing techniques.
Meditation & Mindfulness: Practicing presence and focus.
Art Coping Skills: Using creativity to process emotions.
Grounding Skills: Techniques to stay calm and centered.
Dates & Age Groups
Ages 5–7: July 13–17 | 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM.
Pricing & Registration
Standard Rate: $280 per child.
Early Bird Special: Save $30 when you register before May 15th ($250 total).
