This is an event for young people in school years 7 - 11.
Come along to our youth cafe and chill out with a fun yoga and guided meditation workshop for beginners. Move, focus, and relax your way into calm.
No need to bring yoga mats, we will provide them for you.
Who: All are welcome from school years 7 - 11
Location: Matrix Youth Cafe, Allen House Guildford, Eastgate Gardens, GU1 4AZ
When: 4pm - 5:30pm
The Youth Cafe is open 3:30pm - 5:30pm, grab a drink and a snack and chill out whilst playing games.
