No experience is needed for this session as it is gentle, restorative and beginner friendly.

Please come in comfortable clothing and with a water bottle.

Minimum 2 pax to start, class will be cancelled if the number of participants is not met.

P​​lease arrive early to settle in on your mat.

There is a 10-min grace period, after which entry will be denied.
