Welcome to Zen Men - Yoga Sessions for Men! Join us at Wabi Sabi Studio for a rejuvenating experience designed specifically for men.
Liam's sessions offer a space for men to unwind, destress, and connect with their inner selves through Yoga. Whilst also building strength and flexability to assist in functional daily movement.
The sessions will combine teachings from Ashtanga Yoga including intuative sequence of yoga postures, Pranayama Breathwork and step-by-step guidance into the meditation. All lovingly presented with a curated playlist for each section.
First time Yogi? Have a regular practice but want to learn more? The sessions are designed to be adabtable for wherever someone is on their yoga journey.

Warm up
Info: We start with a gentle warm up that invigorates the body and mind ready for the main practice. Here we will discover what our body, mind and heart needs for the day so we can practice mindfully.
🕑: 07:35 PM - 08:20 PM
Main Sequence
Info: And now, Yoga. We will move through an intuitive sequence of yoga postures that blend into one another. Using the breath to settle, deep and strengthen each posture we will work through the body make sure every part gets our attention. Although there will be parts where will be energetic there will be relaxation and recovery in equal measure. You will finish this section feeling full stretched, aligned and with each muscle strengthened.

Breathwork (Pranayama)
Info: Now that our bodies are fully engaged and aligned we all sit comfortable to practice a number of selected breath techniques designed to aid proper full breathing and calmly focus the mind. These are ancient practices and the real bread and butter of Yoga. Once you have finished this guided section you will feel rejuvenated, calm and settle for mediation.

Guided Meditation
Info: Once we are seated comfortably the guided meditation will start. Moving through the Sense, Physical, Breath, Mental, Emotional and Bliss bodies you will go on a gentle journey to a place of stillness. We will sit together in group conscious presence and then be welcomed in a fully embodied state of awareness.

Shavasana
Info: Finally, we let go of any sort of practice and allow the session to wash over us as we close our session for the day. This is a time of accumulation and assimilation where the brain and body consolidate all that has occurred during the practice. You will be slowly risen and we will share our gratitude for each other presence and dedication to their personal wellbeing. The session will then be at an end. You will leave feeling present with whatever is awake in you safe in the knowledge you are part of community of Men who care about you.
