We invite you to join us for Zen Flow Yoga, a gentle and calming class designed to help you relax the mind, stretch away stress, and reconnect with your inner peace.
Step into a peaceful space where you can move slowly, breathe deeply, and simply be present. This class blends mindful movement, deep breathing, and relaxation to leave you feeling refreshed, grounded, and restored.

All levels are welcome. Whether you are new to yoga or a seasoned yogi, this class is for anyone looking to slow down and nurture themselves.
Every Wednesday 10-11am & 5-6pm
First three classes are free! Must register at front desk.
