I am Yuan Jing a 34th generation Shaolin disciple. I lived in a Shaolin Temple as warrior monk from a teenager for 20 years. I have been teahcing Tai Chi & Qi Gong & Kungfu Martial Arts for the past 20 years.
My teachings focus on the dynamic power of Shaolin Kung Fu, the graceful flow of Tai Chi and the meditative energy work of Qi Gong, offering a holistic approach to physical and mental health & well-being.
Whether for self-defense, fitness, or mindfulness, my goal is to guide individuals on their journey to greater health and harmony.
