Zen Coffee Workshop

Step into a guided experience where coffee becomes more than a drink it becomes a daily practice. In this Zen Coffee Workshop, we explore mindful brewing as a pathway to slow-living, present-moment awareness, and inner restoration. Through intentional preparation, sensory engagement, and gentle reflection, participants are invited to pause, soften the pace of daily life, and reconnect with themselves. This workshop leads by a barista with Q Arabica Grader and a therapist,offers a grounded space to cultivate calm focus, restore inner balance, and rediscover the quiet richness found in simple rituals. No prior experience is needed just a willingness to slow down and be present.

All workshops are therapeutic and co-facilitated by a therapist. You may be eligible for insurance reimbursement if your insurance plan covers group therapy with a Registered social worker (RSW). As materials and preparation are arranged specifically for each participant, workshop fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Please contact us for further information.
