Please join us for a Buddhism and Zen meditation! As we aspire towards the three jewels of Buddhist practice, we will have a short dharma talk covering Buddhism and Zen, followed by building our Sangha (community of practitioners) with metta and gratitude practices and finally, and most importantly, we have a group meditation practice. Open to all experience levels from long-time meditators to those with no meditation experience.*Please BYOMC if you have one (Bring your own meditation cushion). The yoga studio has
limited supplies available.
A limited number of folding chairs will also be available for chair sitting.
This event is donation based. Give what you can if you can.
