*Starting with sitting meditation, which lets you experience a greater sense of calm, clarity, and focus on your mind. Through the workshop you will learn basic chinese character writing, by using the concept of “leaving blank space留白”, you can create your own art piece. I believe everyone has their inner creativity, through the art form merged with a peaceful mind, you can work out something amazing!

Each workshop will have a “theme” to work with, which related to nature or mindfulness.
About Wai惠
Wai was born and raised in Hong Kong, based in UK since 2021. Study fashion design and dance in HK. A performer and art project coordinator in multimedia theatre, has performed or project coordination in HK, UK, US, Taiwan, Japan, Belgium, and India. Recently working on Art and Meditation Projects, like Nature Art, Zen Art, Zen Drumming, Mindful Eating, etc. And exploring ecotherapy…….

Drawing paper, black and blue ink, drawing brushes
Please bring along
Scarp paper for practise (around 20 pcs), bring your own thin and thick drawing or chinese brushes, those you can practise at home as well. If you don’t have it, we can provide spare one.
