Östersjöar är en mental exkursion till den kalkiga lilla planeten Gotland. Yviga vindar, iskalla vågor och en existentiell ensamhet genomsyrar musiken. När den ställs emot eufori så är den som bäst. Nu ska de ut på turné, för andra gången i Östersjöars historia som de tar sej över sjön.

Drawing on influences from the early electronic, Autobahn-inspired works of Kraftwerk, and the hypnotic repetition of Krautrock legends Neu! and CAN, Zement have crafted a unique hybrid sound that feels both nostalgic and futuristic. Inspired by the works of artists from New York's Downtown scene, like John Zorn, Sonic Youth, LCD Soundsystem, Oneida or Animal Collective, the new album "Passagen" find Zement diving even more further into an eclectic mix of contemporary electronic dance music, combined with influences from Fuzz-Rock, Jazz, Noise and No-Wave sounds.
It is set to take Zement’s exploration of sound even further. It delivers more disco, more punch, more glitter, more motorik, more jazz. The endless meditation on the architecture of mind and the movement of bodies continues!”
