which facilitates access to education for underprivileged/vulnerable children, youths and adults in Sub-Saharan Africa.

ALLERGENS Information: Attention customers with food allergies!
Please be aware that our food may contain or come into contact with common allergens, such as celery, cereals containing gluten (such as barley and oats), crustaceans (such as prawns, crabs and lobsters), eggs, fish, lupin, milk, molluscs (such as mussels and oysters), mustard, peanuts, sesame, soybeans, sulphur dioxide and sulphites and tree nuts (such as almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, brazil nuts, cashews, pecans, pistachios and macadamia nuts).

While we take steps to minimize risk and safely handle the foods that contain potential allergens, please be advised that cross contamination may occur, as factors beyond our reasonable control may alter the formulations of the food we serve, or manufacturers may change their formulations without our knowledge.
Nonetheless, we always try to be as descriptive as possible, with regards to the content of our dishes, in our menus.

We understand that people with allergies and intolerances don’t want to be "special or singled out", they just want to enjoy their meal as same as everyone else. As often times, they are overlooked or considered to be hassle.
However, we recognise that some food allergies are potentially life-threatening, while other intolerances could cause discomfort and digestive issues. Hence, we strive to provide an inclusive food menu so all guests can enjoy their meal.
We always have a Food Allergens matrix with us. Our staff will never guess what is in a dish.
Please inform us no later than 72 hours prior to the event, if you have any Food allergies, specific dietary requirements or intolerances, as we'll need notification prior to the event.
