Zaid Fouzi: Identity Crisis live in Toronto
Come join us for an unforgettable evening with Zaid Fouzi as he performs his show, "Identity Crisis," live in Chicago! His show focuses on the Arab-American upbringing and the journey many Arabs/Muslims face growing up in the West. From mental health struggles, to relationships, to the current conflicts in the Middle East; Zaid does not shy away from tough topics while sharing a few hilariously embarassing stories along the way.
The show will take place on Saturday, June 1, 2024. Doors open at 7:00pm and the show will begin at 7:30pm (approx. 90 min). The show is located at the Pocket in Surge Billiards: 3716 W Fullerton Ave, Chicago, IL. There is a 2 item minimum. See you there!
Zaid Fouzi's Bio:
Zaid Fouzi is a Syrian-American Comedian based in Chicago, IL. Known for his animated storytelling and observational humor, he performs all over the U.S.. Zaid dedicates his comedy to advocating for the Arab-American identity. He has opened for some of the top Arab comedians including Bassem Youseff, Sammy Obeid, Ahmed Ahmed, and Amer Zahr. In 2023, Zaid completed a comedy tour across the West Bank in Palestine. His work and story have been featured on NPR and AlAraby TV.
